That moment was the turning point. It wasn’t just about surviving anymore; it was about reclaiming my life, my joy, and my sense of self, not just for me but my children deserved a mum who was truly present. This was the beginning of a whole new chapter, one where I knew things had to change.





If I had to stay alive, I didn’t want to just exist—I wanted to truly live.

Healing wasn’t linear, but with help, self compassion, curiosity and courage, I found my way back to myself—and in the process, rediscovered a love for life and adventure I thought was lost forever.

I decided to retrain because I know what it’s like to be trapped in a toxic relationship, trauma bonded and craving clarity yet paralysed by confusion and fear. Now, I help others not just break free, but truly reclaim themselves.

Healing isn’t just about leaving the past behind—it’s about stepping into a future where you trust yourself again, feel safe in your own skin and say yes to life in ways you never imagined.





And boy, did they change!

For a long time, I was merely existing. Trapped in the cycle of narcissistic abuse, I lived in survival mode, disconnected from myself, my body, and the life I once imagined. I was exhausted, lost in confusion, and questioning everything—my worth, my instincts, my ability to trust in anything good, even my desire to exist.
Then one day, I had a realisation that changed everything:

Nothing grounds me quite like being outside—whether it’s walking through the woods, feeling the ocean breeze, , climbing a mountain or simply taking the time to watch the seasons change. Nature has played a huge role in my healing, and as a somatic coach, I know firsthand how movement, breath, and being present in nature help regulate the nervous system.

Yoga and breathwork are more than just fitness for me—they are how I stay connected with myself.
After trauma, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your own body. These practices helped me reclaim a sense of safety within myself.

As a mum to three, I deeply understand the impact trauma has—not just on us, but on those we love.
My healing journey has been about breaking generational cycles, ensuring my children experience something different.
Healing for ourselves also means healing for those who come after us.

I share my home with my two mini hounds, who bring unconditional love, a push to get out of the door every day and at times a little bit of crazy.
There’s something about the unconditional love of animals that makes you feel safe when people have hurt you.
